Things people ask before they top-up.

How quickly does the top-up reach my card?

Typically within seconds of payment approval. In rare cases the issuer queues the credit — if it has not arrived in 24 hours, contact support with the order id from your receipt.

Can I top-up someone else's card?

Yes — you only need the 16-digit number on the back of the card. The credit posts to the card, not to a personal account.

What card types are supported?

All four: Silver, Gold, Personal and Blue. The recharge flow is identical for each; the fare structure at the gate differs.

What is the minimum / maximum?

Minimum AED 10 per top-up, maximum AED 1,000 per top-up. You can recharge again right after the first one is confirmed.

Why only Visa and Mastercard?

Our acquirer settles those two networks in dirhams reliably. We do not accept Amex, JCB or Discover at this time.

Are there hidden fees?

No. There is a fixed service fee shown on the recharge page before you confirm. No fee is added after the fact.

How do I get a refund?

If a top-up does not arrive within 24 hours, email support@quicktopae.com with the order id. We initiate the chargeback to your bank card within an office day. The refund window is 14 calendar days.

Can I use a Nol card outside the metro?

Yes. Dubai's paid-parking meters accept it, as do selected ENOC and EPPCO branches, some supermarkets, abra and water-taxi at supported terminals, and park-and-ride lots near metro stations.

Is my card number stored?

The 16-digit Nol number is sent to the issuer for the top-up and is not written to a database we control. The bank card details are handled by our PCI-compliant acquirer on a separate subdomain.

Do you have an app?

No, and we do not plan to ship one. The web flow is what we are good at — open the site, enter the number, pay.
