Quicktopae is a Dubai-based online top-up bridge. We do not sell cards, we do not store balances, and we do not run a wallet. The service exists for a single moment in your day — when you realise your Nol card is dry on the way to the metro gate.
When you submit a top-up, our system takes your card number, your chosen amount and your payment authorisation, and forwards the credit to the issuer. The credit lands on the card balance within seconds in the vast majority of cases. We never see your bank card details — those are processed by our PCI-compliant acquirer on a separate subdomain dedicated to payments.
We are not a government body. We are not a designated reseller. We are not the issuer. Our role is strictly that of a payment intermediary — taking your top-up instruction and your card payment, and posting the credit. We do not claim to be the issuer's primary channel; we are simply a faster alternative for one specific task.
All four standard Nol card variants are supported: Silver (standard fare), Gold (Gold class metro and tram seating), Personal (registered, with photo on the card) and Blue (concessionary tariff for students, seniors and people of determination). The recharge flow is identical for all four; only the fare structure at the gate differs.
A Nol card is more than a metro token. The same card is accepted at Dubai's paid-parking meters across the city, at selected ENOC and EPPCO branches for convenience-store purchases, at park-and-ride lots, and at supported water-bus and water-taxi terminals. Some retailers and supermarkets accept Nol at the counter — coverage varies branch by branch, and we recommend looking for the Nol sticker before queuing.
