Typically within seconds of payment approval. In rare cases the issuer queues the credit — if it has not arrived in 24 hours, contact support with the order id.
Yes, as long as you have the 16-digit number on the back of the card. The credit is posted to the card, not to a personal account.
There is a fixed service fee shown on the recharge page before you confirm. No fee is added after the fact.
The issuer rejects the top-up and the amount is reversed back to your bank card. If you spot the mistake after the fact, write to support@quicktopae.com.
