Quicktopae (the "Service") is an online top-up bridge for Nol cards used in Dubai. When you submit a top-up, we collect your card number and amount, charge your Visa or Mastercard via our acquirer, and post the credit to the issuer. We are not the card issuer and we do not operate any transit network.
You must be at least 18 years old and permitted to use the Visa or Mastercard you submit. You are responsible for the accuracy of the 16-digit card number you enter — typos result in failed top-ups which we cannot recover unilaterally.
A fixed service fee, displayed on the recharge page before confirmation, applies to every top-up. We do not add fees afterwards. Your card issuer may apply its own foreign-exchange or processing fee — that is outside our control.
The credit is typically posted to your card balance within seconds of payment approval. We do not guarantee a delivery window narrower than 24 hours. After 24 hours, a top-up that has not arrived is treated as undelivered (see section 5).
You may not use the Service to test stolen or unauthorised payment cards, to launder funds, or to top-up cards that you have reason to believe are blacklisted. We cooperate with banks and law enforcement when fraud is reported.
Our liability is limited to the amount of the disputed top-up, plus the service fee. We are not liable for consequential losses (missed trains, missed parking grace periods, etc.).
We may update these terms. The "last revised" date at the top of the page reflects the current version. Material changes are announced on the home page banner for at least 14 days.
